I guess No one wants to tell anyone that they are in Port Huron

Well what a difference a day makes. Today was Awesome. We sailed from Detroit to Port Huron. It was awesome. The weather was great; nice and sunny. We had a nice breeze and the food was good. Most of the trip was great because we were in the St. Clair river with little or no waves. There were no waves but there was a lot of current which held us back. We left about 6:15 and arrived about 4:15. So not a bad day. The boat is staying at the Port Huron Yacht Club but we are staying at the Best Western. Currently I am sitting at the check in desk writing on a sticky keyboard with a slow Internet connection. We went on a search for post cards today but we could not find them so I guess that Port Huron is not that awesome of a place. It has been a blast so far and we are heading out of here tomorrow at 5:30. The forecast says that we will get a good strong breeze behind us so that will be totally kick ass. Also the sun should be out which would be nice. Hopefully we will be within striking difference of St. Joe island by tomorrow so we will arrive by Friday. I will try and write more on the trip and just to let everyone know, I am happy to tell you that I am in Port Huron. MORE TO COME.

Peace out.
Kirk
